RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have received a product that you are unhappy with, we are happy to take it back and issue an exchange or full refund! Here are a few important notes regarding our return policy.

• We will accept returns and exchanges on products that are unused and are still in the original packaging
• Customers can return or exchange their products within 60 days from purchase date
• Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned product
• Once a refund is issued, it my be 3-5 business days before you see the credit on your statement depending on the credit card company
• To return a product simply contact [email protected] and include your order number in the subject line followed by "-R" for return or "-E" for exchange. 
• Buyer pays return shipping fees
• Custom orders are final sale (cannot be exchanged or refunded). In the event of a defect our team will work with you to get a replacement.
